E. A. Hawse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) at our Baker, WV location.

E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center opened in 1985 and is a 60 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services. E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received the 2014 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Award program.

Position Summary for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Direct the operations of patient services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and patient directives.
• Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Education/Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurse RN and must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of West Virginia.
• License must be current, unencumbered, and active in the state of West Virginia or Multi-State Licensed.
