As the state and the nation's systems of health care, social service, civil and criminal justice continue to change, the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy is uniquely positioned to address the parallel changes in research and training needs. Our faculty conduct research on critical and emerging issues surrounding the funding, delivery, and outcomes of public behavioral health services as well as issues arising in public health and civil and criminal justice systems.
Duties
- Review all documents received from practice sites to ensure accuracy
- Schedule appointments utilizing established platform
- Send all intake information using secure software
- Interact with practice site coordinators
- Scan and enter collected data into Excel databases
- Identify and correct any data entry errors
- Ongoing review of Program website links and content
- May perform related Program tasks as assigned
Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in office or administrative support or in research support. College education may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Skillful in database building and management.
Special Skills:
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Must be able to complete and pass a HIPAA training program and online certification examination.
