Residential Therapist-FT Sacramento Job at The Center for Positive Changes
Job Summary
Center For Positive Changes (CFPC) is committed to positively impacting the lives of youth, ages 13-17, one resident at a time. CFPC has five, six bed, Short Term Residential Therapeutic Programs (STRTP), placed within residential communities throughout the county of San Diego. We are seeking a HOS to join our leadership team who has demonstrated high ethical standards and a desire to positively impact the lives of the youth we serve. The HOS oversees the operational and clinical delivery of all services for each resident served by the Mental Health Program within that facility. HOS coordinates 24-hour on-call accessibility with the Therapist and additional staff, to ensure adequate support. HOS is responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing clinical supervision of staff, fostering a Trauma Informed climate, following policies, and routines that enable residents to reduce crisis situations and improve the residents’ ability to transition to a lower level of care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
CFPC adheres to all CDC guidelines in the facility. All employees and residents must wash their hands upon entering the facility. Staff must wear masks while on site and supervising residents and ensure common areas are sanitized throughout their shift.
