Position Summary:

Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services; rapidly returning customer’s property to its pre-loss condition, minimizing repair cycle times, and downtime following property damage.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager provides management oversight for all phases of the reconstruction project, including coordinating workers, sourcing materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within the company allotted budget. Maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction. Being the face of the company while representing the world’s largest Insurance companies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-production- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for start and completion of a project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

Obtain written contracts and establish payment terms for projects. Collect monies due progressively or upon completion of job.

Supervise and manage performance by trade contractors and ensure quality work is being performed.

Proactively managing jobs costs by tracking and controlling construction schedules and associated materials and sub-contractors to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated in the project budget.

Meet or exceed established targets for quality ratings and overall customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed profitability targets (COGS and Direct Labor) on managed projects.

Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties, including third-party owners, property managers and tenants.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience of restoration construction project management.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and our trade partners. Understanding customer service at a very high level, having empathy, respect, and always putting the customer first.
• Adapting to moving and changing project schedules while overcoming project challenges BEFORE a problem or challenge is actually encountered, proactively problem-solving communication skills to include issue resolution with fluid communication with company management and clients.
• Must be able to oversee, supervise and manage 8-12 active projects at all times ranging from pre-production, in-progress, final completion stages, and billing before closeout.
• Computer literate, basic understanding of Microsoft Office documents and spreadsheets, Outlook email & calendar. Project management software, Bonus if you have experience working with DASH, and Xactanalysis.
• Valid Driver's License with no derogatory driving history (must have clean DMV history).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• The ability to periodically lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must be a team player, equipped with a positive attitude that truly enjoys working and collaborating with clients, workers, and your Elite Restoration Team.

• Annual base salary with aggressive commission compensation package based on project performance

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
