About the Position:

• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Weekend Bonus
• Night Shift Differential Bonus

Focused on filling our night shift position (7pm - 7am)

Open to candidates seeking day shift position (7am - 7pm)

Our facility has four distinct units: Rehab, Memory Care, Long-term Care, and Transitional Therapy. As a nurse, you can expect to have a routine unit assignment but may be assigned to work other units as needed.

We are looking for a reliable nurse to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will:

• Advocate for the needs of the residents and/or their families
• Supervise and oversee the work of STNAs
• Ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately
• Perform routine nursing measures, such as vital signs, weights, food intake, and behavior monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform diagnostic tests as ordered
• Document resident information in an electronic charting system
• Coordinate resident care in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Effectively make decisions to maximize the best clinical outcome for the resident
• Accountable for nursing compliance, excellence, and delivery of resident care in adherence to the organization, local, state, and federal regulations
• Complete admissions and discharges in a timely manner, including documentation
• Assure HIPAA requirements are followed at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $30.25 - $34.75 per hour
