Job Duties:
* Make great tasting products (smoothies, juices, and healthy bowls)
* Quickly and efficiently perform multiple duties at a time.
* Show pride in your work.
* Great leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Look sharp and be on time for all scheduled shifts.
* Become knowledgeable of Roxberry products and nutritional value to better understand your guests' needs and be able to make recommendations.
*Deliver a perfect product and a complete order every time.
* Operate the cash register and handle all cash transactions according to Roxberry Cash Handling Policies.
* Keep the store clean, organized, and looking great at all times.
* Adhere to all Roxberry food safety and security guidelines while maintaining company equipment.
* Be friendly and get to know your guests.
* Make a great first impression: smile and greet each guest.
* Show a sense of urgency and put the customers' needs first.
* Submit Daily or Weekly Inventories
* Schedule writing
*Treat all team members with dignity, respect and honesty
*Ensure all team members are performing job duties efficiently and responsibly
* Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
