The Sales Analytics Specialist will perform data entry, collection, and analysis duties to support the successful day to day execution of sales lead flow to our new business sales teams. The
Sales Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Acquisition Manager, making sound decisions on handling sales lead flow, analyzing lead feedback, accurately reporting company lead performance, and conducting trend analysis to support lead conversion goals.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and monitor new business sales agent lead pulling trends each day, communicating with external vendors to pause or increase lead purchase to ensure a consistent lead flow to achieve desired sales goals.
  • Review new business sales agent staffing schedule on a daily basis, ensuring an appropriate number of purchased leads per sales agent for the day.
  • Extract, clean, and organize various source data reports within Excel from our proprietary CRM software, sales lead providers, Tableau, and R, consolidating data and creating data visualizations to identify trends, outliers, and discrepancies.
  • Communicate trends, outliers, and discrepancies in lead performance data requiring further in-depth analysis by key internal stakeholders and providing lead performance reports to external vendors for review.
  • Report and communicate the pace of sales lead performance throughout the day.
  • Complete and communicate internal analyses of lead performance, including in-depth audits to ensure all leads are being worked thoroughly and properly by sales agents.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather and analyze real-time sales lead feedback, escalating trends or re-occurring concerns with quality or consistency in lead feedback.
  • Identify and communicate trends in lead provider performance to the Customer Acquisition Manager for further analysis and review.
  • Work cross-functionally on timely delivery of department objectives, special projects, and deliverables.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience performing consumer or business analysis, financial services industry experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with data visualization software and tools (e.g. Tableau, R) a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
