Qualifications:

  • Associate (Preferred)
  • Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred) in a Healthcare setting
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Publisher, Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM database
  • Must have excellent writing and speaking skills including report writing
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to excel under pressure
  • Available on weekends as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales, marketing, and resident services department
  • Record entries in CRM database. Update and generate reports as needed.
  • Generate reports, lists and mailing labels. Process mail merges, and prepare bulk mailings
  • Assist with marketing and development events and campaigns
  • Provide tours of the community on an as needed basis
  • Prepare and assist with move coordination including, but not limited to, assisting with the set-up of utilities for new and existing residents
  • Ensure all move in items are readily available prior to a resident arrival.
  • Welcome and provide orientation to new residents and residents transitioning within the community. Meet with and review the resident handbook
  • Coordinate quarterly Meet & Greets for new residents
  • Maintain supplies of marketing collateral and replenish
  • Staff liaison for resident committees
  • Work closely with hospitality committee
  • Provide front desk reception coverage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
