The New Business Sales Support Associate serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of sales operations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess these skills:

  • Detail oriented: ability to identify and locate key pieces of information in documentation provided by the Sales team.

  • Technologically-savvy: quickly learn tools within Salesforce and proper procedures in submitting various data requests.

  • Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests and can effectively and immediately communicate any factors that may impact timely completion of delegated requests.

  • Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority

  • Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments

  • Multitask: can manage several requests at a given time ensuring clear documentation and execution along with pivoting at a moment’s notice based on RVP need.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years industry or customer service experience

  • 2+ years working with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce application experience
  • Entry level sales training.

Education
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience)
