Position Summary

As Sales Manager - US, you will generate profitable sales by identifying and closing new client opportunities and managing existing client performance in assigned business verticals. You will articulate the value proposition of Amarel’s solutions while working closely with our team. This is a fully remote position, with travel to client offices, tradeshows, and events required up to 50% of the time.

This position is the key point of contact between the creative team and the client. Required to work directly with different businesses and staff to advance initiatives in line with brand/creative standards, having the ability to handle multiple, complex tasks is essential. As a part of an International Company, the ability to work across cultures and time zones is crucial. Being a self-motivated, results-oriented individual will help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and close new business opportunities within your assigned business verticals.

· Manage relationship with existing client base to maintain and grow performance.

· Achieve all assigned goals/quotas to include revenue, new account acquisition, and call/activity targets.

· Maintain accurate and timely account records within the CRM

· Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and other reporting as needed

· Identify and participate in key tradeshows and events as approved by Amarel US leadership

· Collect relevant business intelligence before and during the negotiation phase.

· Schedule and host business review meetings with customers, including customer satisfaction surveys and trend tracking.

· Other duties as assigned by Amarel Leadership

What You Bring

· Minimum 5 years sales experience with 3+ years preferred experience in professional services sales

· Demonstrated achievement of revenue goals

· Experience scoping and/or selling complex solutions to enterprise and strategic customers

· Ability to collaborate across functions and facilitate discussions to achieve desired results

· Open communication and the ability to clearly convey thoughts to build credibility and communicate value of the product

· Negotiation and the ability to obtain commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships

Skills/Abilities/Competencies

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

· Self-motivated, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to problem solve

· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a self-starter mentality

· Skilled at building rapport and understanding the drivers of senior decision makers

· Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time to client offices, tradeshows, and events

Compensation

Amarel US offers a competitive compensation package to include:

· A base salary range of $80,000-$100,000 commiserate with experience

· Additional compensation for achieving revenue thresholds

· Suite of Insurance coverage including a competitive health insurance package company-covered at 80%

· Scheduled holidays and PTO
