Position: Marketing & Sales Assistant

Required
· The ideal candidate possesses a 2 or 4-year degree in marketing, graphic design or equivalent experience required
· Demonstrated graphic design experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or B2B marketing

Duties
- Employing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, create effective computer graphics/photos to support various marketing materials including, but not limited to, sales flyers, catalog covers, email blasts, response postcards, signage, website banners, mini-catalogs
- Create and manage email blasts using Constant Contact
- Proof catalogs before publication
- Assist with social media efforts creating content and/or posting
- The following are primary duties required to assist and support the Director of Sales & Marketing to manage the content and functionality of the company’s websites:
- Import orders from website running on Magento to in-house accounting & sales system (currently Sage 100)
- As new customers register on website and orders are imported, evaluate new customer data and their orders for potential fraudulent intent
- Assist with management of website item data and item photos in preparation for website uploading
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
