Position Summary/Objective

Passion for customer serviceThe SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant will lead system enhancements and operational support of Weill Cornell Medicine's (WCM) implementation in Employee Central. The position will work closely with project managers, IT SMEs, business analysts, and business users to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, system design created, and the corresponding system enhancements are tested and implemented.Essential Functions/Duties/ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze business needs and requirements, being able to translate those requirements into system design.Create and develop functional designs and specifications.Complete all system enhancements and changes in Employee Central configurations.Complete unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for all changes.Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.Support IT and business SMEs in day-to-day support.Qualifications and Experience5+ years’ experience in Successfactors Employee Central.Employee Central certification is desired but not required.10+ years’ experience with ERP HR solutions, preferably SAP ERP HCM.Strong experience with the below in Employee Central is required:- Business Rules Framework- Workflows- Position Management- Custom MDF object/portlet building- Foundation Objects- Understanding of RBP- CPI based integrations to Employee Central Payroll and SAP on-premise HCM systems- Integrations with Successfactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning- SAP ERP HCM infotype frameworkWorking with Public Sector or Higher Education clients is preferredCandidate must be motivated, self-starter, and be able to work with minimal supervision.Organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
