We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of client/interpersonal relationships and balancing the demands of the job with a more personal touch. Experience with healthcare platforms (like Epic) is highly preferred, and particularly experience/high familiarity with HHA Exchange (Home Health Agency Exchange).
Duties will include enrolling caregivers successfully on to HHA Exchange app and other services, troubleshooting issues, ensuring time and attendance tracking through the EVV platform is accurate and compliant, and working with our payroll manager to ensure all data is being processed properly on a week to week basis.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Experience: At least one (1) year of Healthcare (or Home Healthcare) Scheduling Required, 3+ years of Healthcare (or Home Healthcare) experience preferred. Familiarity with the Home Healthcare industry preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling all caregivers who need assistance with EVV (Clocking in/out for their scheduled shift)
- Using HHA Exchange to identify EVV issues (we will train)
- Comfortable making a medium to high volume of calls on a daily basis
- Regularly talking to caregivers and patients for assigned caseload
- Able to enforce all state compliance regulations for caregivers assigned to caseload (will train)
- Detailed Notes/Explanations in order to help resolve caregiver issues
- Good Organizational skills so can follow up using notes (if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
