Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to dispatchers who are friendly, professional and have customer service and security experience.
Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 19+ years of age
- Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle
- 1 year of security experience
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Prior proven dispatch experience
- Prior Central Station experience (phones, radios, alarm response, CCTV)
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system
- Flexible work availability
- Command presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal cell phone
- Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
