Glacier West Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position in our Port Orchard location. Seeking career-minded candidates with experience in the field of maintenance and general labor.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Port Orchard Storage location in Washington.

Responsabilities:

• Handling day to day operations of the facility.
• Providing excellent customer service experience.
• Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing daily site checks.
• Assisting customers seeking storage units.
• Collecting and processing payments.
• Contacting delinquent occupants.
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Property inspections.
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.

Requirements:

• Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
• Employee must possess a valid DL and be willing to travel to different properties.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-Storage experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
