ERG is seeking a recruiter to support ERG’s corporate hiring needs. The full-time position can be performed at any of ERG’s offices nationwide or from a remote location. Specific duties may include:

- Leading/co-leading diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting efforts
- Reviewing and updating existing job posting templates, instructions, and guidance documents related to hiring
- Evaluating current hiring systems (e.g., Circa, ZipRecruiter) to ensure they meet corporate hiring needs and government job posting requirements
- Supporting hiring managers with drafting job postings, posting the ads, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, setting up interviews and coordinating the interview day, compiling and distributing interview feedback, checking references, participating in hiring decisions, extending offers, and completing new hire paperwork
- Tracking applicants through the hiring process
- Developing relationships with recruiting companies and staffing agencies
- Supporting campus recruiting events
- Leveraging ERG’s social media platforms for identifying prospective candidates
- Supporting federal and state reporting requirements

Candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years of experience with recruiting
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:
- Knowledge of government contractor job posting and recruiting requirements
- Engaging with organizations to reach diverse audiences, including historically underserved populations
- Participating in campus recruiting
- Drafting position advertisements
- Screening applications and conducting first level interviews
- Contacting applicant references
- Extending and negotiating offers
