Job Summary
The Senior Equity & Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing the administration, communication, compliance, reporting and analysis for Paycor’s Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plans and other company-wide compensation programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Paycor’s Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure Equity Programs are administered effectively.
- Answers employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity plans and grants.
- Prepares and distributes grant documentation and agreements for new-hire and ongoing grants.
- Leads special projects related to equity granting and reporting.
- Develop and document equity and compensation pay practices and policies, educating managers, plan participants and other stakeholders.
- Participate in Paycor’s compensation processes (i.e. annual merit, bonus, market adjustment, promotion, and equity administration processes).
- Provides internal client support to HR Business Partners and Management on compensation issues and projects.
- Administer job evaluation process including job analysis, determining pay grade and FLSA status.
- Participate in making salary recommendations ensuring both internal and external equity, providing guidance to hiring managers for internal movement.
- Prepare ad hoc compensation analysis and recommendations as requested.
- Participate in salary surveys, analyzes data, present findings and make recommendations.
- Partner with other HRIS team members and Payroll to ensure data quality and integrity.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area
- Minimum of 3-5 years exempt level experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in equity administration.
- Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Professional, detail oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a timely and client centered manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Track record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service and problem solving
- Current knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $74,380 -$126,984. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
