Essential Job Functions:

• Meets with clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Interprets the client's business needs and develops a concept to suit their purpose
• Estimates the time required to complete the work
• Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Presents ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
• Works with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
• Proofreads to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Contributes ideas and design artwork to the overall project
• Demonstrates illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs
• Develops interactive design
• Works as part of a team with photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Degree in Graphic Design preferred
• 5+ year Graphic Design Experience
• Advanced skills with design and photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements
• Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
• Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action
• Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment
• Ability to drive to various locations
• Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary and comprehensive benefits. The annualized range for this role is $62,000 - $110,000, and the pay rate for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
