Our QA team is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer. We need a technical expert to help drive test automation, champion quality, and show us what QA automation is all about! This position is a heavily technical test automation effort that includes planning, designing, developing, orchestrating, and updating/maintaining tests on both the front and back end for multiple products. In addition, the Senior QA Automation Engineer assists with implementing quality assurance best practices, improving processes, mentoring juniors/peers, expediting QA cycles, and assisting with overall application quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Implement the test automation framework for multiple products
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated scripts for regression, functional, smoke, and integration tests.
• Collaborate with peers, leadership, product owners, and stakeholders to define and develop automated test solutions that deliver value
• Participate in Agile ceremonies/team meetings when needed
• Provide estimates on test automation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline
• Review & analyze the automated test run failures
• Guide & Mentor manual testers on test automation
• Provide test automation status reports to stakeholders
• Perform peer code review and provide meaningful feedback
• Automate front-end and back-end tests, including ETL test cases.
• Should be able to troubleshoot automation issues independently
• Perform manual testing when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• At least five years of experience in test automation
• Excellent software development knowledge and experience in Java/ .Net
• Excellent understanding of software design methodologies, patterns, principles
• Experience with Code management and CI orchestration tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
