Server Assistant / Runner

Our state-of-the-art craft distillery is located just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio. It is where our whiskeys, bourbons, vodkas, and gins start with non-GMO, food grade ingredients to ensure the best possible products. We originally distill, age and package all of our spirits here in the heartland of Ohio.

We are seeking enthusiastic Server Assistant / Runner to provide excellent customer service and guest experience at a craft cocktail bar in an upscale casual dining environment. A qualified candidate should have a strong background in the restaurant industry. Ideal candidates will have a charismatic personality, a strong desire to positively impact every guest’s experience, and willingness to learn & contribute to a team of forward thinking service staff. $18.00 per an hour.

What you are responsible for:

· Greeting Customers

· Help clean and set up dining room

· Anticipating guests needs

· Keep the restaurant clean, presentable and inviting

· Receiving and delivering food to guests

· Have a strong knowledge of food and drink menu and all products that will be served

· Contribute to weekly prep work for restaurant

· Runner for Kitchen

· Fulfill weekly cleaning requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations*

o Level 1 or Level 2 Serv Safe Certification is a plus

Other Requirements

o Willing and available to work evenings and weekends

o 2+ years of restaurant experience

o Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time

o Strong customer service skills

o Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform is a plus

o Reliable form of transportation

o Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

o A strong desire to learn

License/Certification:
