As an automotive technician you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer standards.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, transmission, suspension, brakes, air- conditioning and electrical.
• Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
• Provide labor and time estimates for all repair work.
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
• Complete paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
• Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certified or the ability to obtain the proper documents
• Must have the ability to properly use shop equipment such as brake lathes, alignment, wheel balancer, ect.
• Must have own set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Must have a valid NYS Inspectors License
• Must be a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude and enthusiasm
