Hours: Monday - Thursdays 6:30am-3:30pm. & Fridays 6:30am-12:30pm.

JOB SUMMARY:

To supervise, manage the day to day manufacturing work including workflow planning, machine maintenance, troubleshoot quality issues.
Communicate openly with the production manager, the other employees, the quality assurance leader, and the design leaders to exceed client’s expectations for quality workmanship and on time delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma
Experience Managing Teams
Experience in the Manufacturing Field

SKILLS:
Skilled in managing production workflow.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Willing and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong people skills to interact with customers, vendors, and other employees.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Lead a group of co-workers to accomplish production goals.
Versatile and willing to learn new technologies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing a majority of the time
Must be able to lift containers weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.

APTITUDE REQUIREMENTS:
MATH: Must be able to compute basic mathematical formulae.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in Spanish and English (read, write and speak) is required for dealing with management, customers, clients, employees, etc. Fluency in any other languages is a plus.
MECHANICAL: High level of mechanical aptitude.
SPATIAL: Visually inspect work during production.

RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN:
Supervisar el departamento, gestionar la producción diaria incluyendo la planificación de flujo de trabajo, el mantenimiento de máquinas y herramientas y dar solución a problemas de calidad del trabajo.
Comunicarse abiertamente con el jefe de producción, con los otros empleados, con el líder de control de calidad y con los líderes de diseño para poder superar las expectativas del cliente sobre la calidad y entrega a tiempo de los productos.

HABILIDADES:

Habilidad en la gestión del flujo de trabajo de producción.
Detallista y bien organizado.
Dispuesto y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínima.
Fuertes habilidades para lidiar con las personas para interactuar con clientes, proveedores y otros empleados.
Habilidades superiores de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
Capaz de liderar un grupo de compañeros de trabajo para lograr los objetivos de producción
Versátil y estar dispuesto a aprender nuevas tecnologías.

DEMANDAS FÍSICAS:

Estar de pie por un tiempo prolongado
Poder levantar piezas que pesen hasta cincuenta (30) libras.

APTITUD REQUERIDA:

COMPUTACION: Todo nuestro sistema de produccion se maneja en softwares especializados.
IDIOMA: Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés (leer, escribir y hablar) para tratar con la gerencia, clientes, clientes, empleados, etc. La fluidez en cualquier otro idioma es una ventaja.
MECÁNICO: Alto nivel de aptitud mecánica.
ESPACIAL: Inspeccionar visualmente el trabajo durante la producción.

Los candidatos deben ser responsables, estar dispuestos a trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario, ser capaces de realizar un trabajo de calidad y deben trabajar bien con los demás.
