Job responsibilities - up to and including, but not limited to:

• Report directly to Shipping Receiving Manager and communicate regularly with departmental managers.
• Confirm and record the receipt/ shipment of orders.
• Prepare items for shipping. This includes using power tools to build custom pallets & crates. Carefully packaging items for safe delivery to our customers.
• Quality Control
• Load and unload trucks.
• Verify packing lists for accuracy.
• Notify billing department of any back ordered items before shipment.
• Notify customers and sales representatives of shipment info including tracking numbers and orders ready for will call.
• Familiar with a variety of the organization's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Will perform production team member duties at times.
• Contribute to team effort by performing additional tasks as needed.
• Prior construction experience is helpful.
• 1-3 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving environments preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour to $22.50 per hour with a $500.00 retention bonus paid after 120 days.
