What you will be doing:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing Software Engineering Team. As a member of the team, you will share the responsibility of developing and maintaining all MagnaFlow Group websites and web applications providing a seamless experience for our customers. This team member will not only assist in ensuring all websites are visually appealing and user-friendly but will also have the opportunity to take ownership over driving technical solutions to complex software and business problems.
- Develop MagnaFlow Group websites and web applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while keeping customer experience in the forefront and contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Ensure all websites are optimized for search engines and provides a seamless experience for customers
- Manage large streams of incoming data for effective renderings and delightful user experience
- Debug and fix any issues with websites or web applications
- Provide ongoing technical support for websites and web applications
- End-to-end ownership of the SDLC, including CI/CD
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge in JavaScript
- 4+ years of experience developing quality web applications with relevant technologies (React, Vue.js, Typescript, Angular).
- One or more server-side programming languages (e.g., C#, PHP, Python, Ruby)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate mockups, wireframes, and working proof-of concept code into high quality implementations for users.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures
- Demonstrate the ability to work hard, take ownership, be a trustworthy teammate, and be kind to others
