Position Description: Assist customers, both internal and external. Assure customer accounts are set up correctly per customer request and in compliance with utility tariffs, rules, and regulations. Represent Company professionally, promote a positive attitude, and team environment. Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Position-Related Responsibilities:
- Assist UNS Gas, UNS Electric, and TEP customers with special program requests
- Process new Budget Bill requests, provde semi-annual review of budget bill accounts, explain increase/decrease of budget bill amount to customers
Process new, recertify and auto-enroll CARES and Lifeline DiscountUpdate accounts with Warm Spirit/HEERO contributions and work Agency Desk recording Assistance Agency promissory vouchers for payment on customer accounts, process Agency payments, follow-up appropriately to cease severance process activities for customers receiving guarantee of payment on account.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required, filing, etc.
- Assist other departments throughout the Company as needed or directed
- Promote team environment; lead by example, represent company professionally
- Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers
- Travel and overtime may be required
- This position may provide services to affiliates of the Company subject to the UNS Energy Code of Conduct and the related Policies and Procedures.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Arizona drivers license
- Electric and Natural Gas utility background preferred
- Computer experience, i.e.: word, excel, windows environment, email, etc.
- Working knowledge of CC&B system preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a team player showing flexibility and diversity

Salary Zone: SP $24.16
