Specialty Equipment Technician - Honey Bucket

Location: Waco, TX

• Year-round FT+ work - Typical work week is 50-60+ per week. Opportunity for OT.
• **Hourly Pay: $21 - $23 per hour DOE**
• Benefits: employer paid insurance (medical, dental, vision), tuition reimbursement, employee bonuses, PTO, and 401k
• Must be Flexible and Must be available on the weekends.
• CDL not required but preferred - Class A CDL if you have one, however we can help you get a CDL if you don't

We Train You:

Once you come on board at Honey Bucket, we work hard to make sure you are successful right away. New drivers and salespeople travel to our corporate headquarters in Puyallup, WA, for an intensive one-week training that we call “Honey Bucket University” (HBU).

This company-paid training (including travel/food/lodging) introduces you to all aspects of our culture, standards, equipment (including trucks), and the path to success at Honey Bucket.

A "Day in the Life":

Our Specialty Equipment Technician helps coordinate the daily activities of the Honey Bucket specialty equipment (examples of specialty equipment: luxury restroom trailers, commissary trailers, shower trailers and solar VIP units) in assigned region and this person is responsible for monitoring and maintaining consistency in efficiency, quality, cleaning and repair standards of all specialty equipment.

The Specialty Equipment Technician will have the opportunity to:

• • Maintaining a clean, well-organized work area
  • This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, reaching and bending while maintaining the specialty equipment.
  • Able to work flexible hours, days and week-ends
  • Customer Service and Teamwork
  • Monitor inventory of parts and disposable supplies in Honey Bucket yards for the specialty equipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring equipment leaving our yards meet Honey Bucket quality standards.
  • Responsible for assisting with delivery, setup, servicing and pickup of specialty equipment plus troubleshooting and repairs as needed in field.

• Systems oriented – Honey Bucket depends on systems being followed, so this person must have this skill
• Mechanical aptitude – This person must fix or repair a wide variety of minor problems with vehicles, and equipment.
• Computer aptitude – use of basic computer, e-mail and printer required.
• You have to have a Valid Instate Texas Driver License.
• You will be required to pass a Background Check, Drug Test, Clean Driving Record and DOT Physical.

After three months on the job and training, you'll know you're successful if:

• You drive and complete your route provided on your phone.
• You have a quality rating of 95% or better.
• You communicate with your supervisor/dispatch to resolve issues.
• Job offers made by Northwest Cascade Inc. will be contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, and background check, as applicable.
