What you will be doing:
Ensure appropriate accounting and management of master financial data- Implement new accounting systems and tools, i.e., fixed assets, capex, automate financial statements consolidation.
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting, under GAAP and company internal policies.
- Propose and undertake necessary actions to comply with Corporate guidelines.
- Support manager with tax compliance, manage tax, internal and external audits
- Support external audit requirements (e.g., prepare materials, coordinate deadlines)
- Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing.- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities
- Preferred (not required): proficiency in Microsoft NAV/Business Central
