Position description
This position will assist the Multidisciplinary Simulation Center and Procedural Skills Mastery Lab with activities surrounding pre and post simulation events, running all the simulation related equipment, performing routine maintenance on all Simulation Center equipment, assisting with data collection and documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with inventory management and supporting activities as assigned to maintain quality and effective simulations. Staff front desk to assist with course check-in. Work with Administrative Assistant or Program Manager to enter course data.


Qualifications
Must be the child, step-child, or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.

Additional qualifications
Preference will be given to children, step-children and spouses of a Mayo Clinic employee. Summer employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their summer employment.

The Simulation Center is open 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Work is usually as an 8 hour shift during that time. There are occasional evening or weekend hours, based on course needs.
