Supplier Quality Engineering – General Manufacturing Job at Omnex PlanTech
Omnex-PlanTech is currently seeking multiple professional Supplier Quality Engineers with hands-on role experience in-process inspections, testing, and final inspections. Our client has multiple customer locations across the United States and is looking for contract personnel to perform inspections and sample testing per their procedures, onsite at their customer’s locations.
Key responsibilities are assisting various operations within the supply base/customer relationship to manage adequate, accurate, and procedural testing. As such, candidate must have a solid quality engineering background along with good organizational and excellent communication skills. Candidate must have a proven track record of having worked in a similar role in manufacturing environment, and department of defense supplier experience would be beneficial.
- 3+ years of experience in processes, testing, and inspections of stamped, pressed, and molded products
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral is required
- Preferable that candidates are local to the list of cities and states
