Surgical Physician Assistant or RNFA Job at MedWorks
We are currently seeking a surgical assistant - PA or RNFA to help an orthopedic team of physicians in the day to day surgeries, office visits and rounding. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a surgical setting, including an understanding of sterile procedures and the ability to perform routine tasks in collaboration with a team of professionals. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to stay focused during busy periods.
This is a 4, 10 hour day work week with office based "call" about every other month, for one weekend. There is considerable, paid travel throughout Wyoming in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical instruments.
- Assist with surgery.
- Measures, monitors, and records vital signs of the patient before and during surgery.
- Dispose of contaminated materials properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
