Clearance Requirements: The position requires the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance, which requires US citizenship. Position Description:The Associate Systems Analyst supports IT services, network applications, and applications for a multitude of military operations. The incumbent is a subject matter expert on DoD and/or Corporate Services operation, management, and maintenance of supported industrial networks and related architecture. The Systems Analyst also supports, coordinates, and implements end-to-end information flow through secure and non-secure networks. The incumbent will perform project support duties, support a wide variety of communications systems, research, and provide recommendations on future communications initiatives. The incumbent will write technical reports, formally present information to leadership, and actively participate in reviews at all stages of the project management cycle. Ability to troubleshoot systems, assist with systems upgrades, and facilitate work with Trident’s key stakeholders and partners is required for this role.

Educational And Experience Requirements:

· Required: Associates Degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field, OR six (6) years corporate/DoD experience in the fields listed above.

· Required: Two (2) years of experience in network engineering

· Required: Two (2) years of experience IT systems administration

· Required: Two years (2) of experience with troubleshooting firmware and/or software

· Required: Must possess ONE of the following active certifications: CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Server +, CCNA Security, CySA, CSSP, CISSP, or ECSP

· Must achieve DoD cybersecurity workforce qualifications within 12 months

· Must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of network services/systems such as TCP/IP, LANs, and VPN

· Demonstrated proficiency in network security protocols, automation, and network infrastructure

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the planning, and implementation of network solutions, such as outage continuity plan, network testing/evaluation, and network configuration

· Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on matters pertaining to network configuration (secure/non-secure networks)

· Support security compliance requirements and updates, and information assurance requirements.

· Support Project Leads to facilitate work with approved vendors for systems upgrades, equipment replacement, and life cycle management

· Manages and/or Supports the management of network infrastructure/architecture

· Document network engineering designs, plans, and procedures

· Provide inputs for network asset planning

Other Requirements:

· Must obtain and maintain a minimum of a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance

· Must obtain and maintain a valid US Passport

· Occasional exposure to disagreeable/austere work conditions. May work on extended hours or weekends, CONUS and OCONUS, and onboard naval vessels. May travel overnight or on weekends with periods up to 21 days

· Ability to lift 75 pounds
