Job Summary

Provide Systems Engineering and EUC services to support manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, facility operations, and admin staff in assigned areas. Documents, configures, implements, and troubleshoots process control systems. Contribute to building brand value and achieving sustainable profitable growth. Support system implementation of the Alliance Production Way.

Job Functions

The following job function statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed. 1. Provide system problem solving; uptime improvement and analysis of trends and symptoms

2. Responsible for testing and implementation using approved standards and methodologies in assigned areas

3. Attend and provide updates at daily/weekly/monthly required meetings

4. Understand and adhere to all safety procedures

5. Understand and adhere to all software and hardware standards in assigned area

6. Understand and adhere to the technology roadmap in assigned area

7. Provide system documentation

8. Provide knowledge transfer to support staff

9. Understand and follow system change request processes

10. Review monthly/weekly/daily fault reports for assigned area. Escalate issues as needed to address, decrease or eliminate system downtime

11. Work with Systems Engineers on 4-square reporting.

12. Understand and adhere to escalation procedures, contacts and required communications to upper management for downtime events

13. Attend training as needed or required

14. Perform under supervision of Level III, Lead or Manager

15. Perform end user computing support for the site

16. Perform IS network support for the site

17. Perform additional related duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

1) Experience:

a) 0-2 years of related Technical experience.

2) Supervisory Experience:

a) No supervisory experience required.

3) Education:

a) B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Technical experience or certification.

4) Computer Skills:

a) In addition to the technology requirements identified in the Job Functions section, office productivity tools i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project are required.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
