Job Summary

The Team Lead position is responsible for training, adherence to policy and monitoring employee performance. In addition, this position is responsible for the daily performance of onsite operations including meeting customer needs, communicating business goals and objectives to subordinates and addressing employee issues and concerns.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assigns scheduled tasks and manages work flow for the shift.
• Manages metrics and productivity data for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for the ACSD Team to resolve system issues.
• Ensures personnel levels and placement meet customer requirements.
• Responsible for providing safety, learning and development opportunities to ACSD employees.
• Meets and communicates regularly with customer section managers regarding daily events or concerns
• Responsible for managing employee-related concerns and elevating to higher level of management when corrective actions are warranted.
• Facilitates strategies to increase value by minimizing employee performance and behavioral issues.
• Maintains a high level of integrity and professional when communicating (personal, phone, email, etc.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
• Operates power industrial truck (sit down and stand up).
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience OR Technical or Associate s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Certified to use power industrial truck.
