Team members of Chick-fil-A of Brighton will be responsible for pursuing Vickie’s vision by: Arriving for work in proper uniform and on time for scheduled shifts; Exhibit the CARE-4 at all times; perform job duties appointed of them during the shift; remain professional and courteous at all times.

Team member expectations:

· Maintaining a sense of urgency while on the clock

Team member Requirements:

· Must be 16 or older

· Must be comfortable working outside

· Must show up to all scheduled shifts on time

· Must be available 3 days a week including Saturdays

· Understands and obeys all company policies

· Promptly starts and finishes any task appointed to by a leader

· Shows respect to all leaders, team members and guests
