Technical Support Analyst I
- Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities remotely and at client locations.
- Documents, tracks and monitors issues to facilitate a timely resolution.
- Installs, tests, monitors, upgrades, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, networks and peripherals.
- Manages user account information, including passwords and group membership
- Monitors the system for failure or errors and responds by addressing issues or notifying a supervisor
- Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions.
- Identifies issues for escalation and transitions to appropriate internal department/resource.
- Participates in scheduled on-call rotation for off-hours support
- Represents Caspian in a positive and professional manner.
- Works under general supervision and reports to a Technical Support Analyst Supervisor
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions
Software:
- Microsoft Windows 7/10
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 365
- Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox
Skills:
- Basic Windows User Administration
- Microsoft 365 and/or Exchange User Administration
- Basic Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Basic TCP/IP network diagnostic skills (Connectivity)
- Desktop, Laptop, Thin Client troubleshooting and repair.
- Mobile Email Configuration and Troubleshooting (Android & Apple IOS)
- Mobile device support (Android & Apple IOS)
- VPN Client Configuration
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
