True Title is seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor for its office located in Clarksville, Maryland.

The Team Leader / Supervisor is responsible for complete coordination of both the closing team and the closing process to ensure that all title processing benchmarks are being met on a daily basis, that title files are being properly underwritten and closed, that clients are receiving the proper level of communication and are satisfied, and that all owners and/or management policies are being properly implemented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of pre and post-closing processing, as needed, to ensure timely completion of title files (to include reviewing/clearing title, assisting with the preparation of the CD, ALTA and/or HUD-1, assisting with recordings, policies, etc.);
- Communicating with clients to resolve issues, provide status updates and promote the goodwill of the company;
- Communicating with owners on a daily basis regarding all operational matters;
- Reviewing TSS management reports and distributing work as necessary to complete all tasks;
- Attending educational events and maintaining a superior level of title knowledge and communicating such knowledge to the team;
- Working with owners to ensure State and/or Federal regulatory compliance;
- Developing operating procedures on an ongoing basis for title processes to ensure fast and efficient processing of title;
- Developing, mentoring and training administrative support on all aspects of the title business and on company policies and procedures; and
- Supervising office personnel;
Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of professional, title-related experience including leadership experience;
- Flexible and able to multi-task;
- Can work within a fast-moving environment, while also calmly driving toward clarity and solutions;
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and organizing;
- Demonstrated capacity in developing staff (both seasoned and new), and implementing performance based management systems;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Dynamic people skills, with an ability to partner with a strong leadership team;
- Strong problem solving skills and the demonstrated ability to think and act strategically;
- Industry software experience, TSS preferred but not required;
- Intermediate level MS Office experience
