The Services Training Consultant for LATAM is accountable for development and execution of the Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) dealer training strategy which includes successful delivery of service training materials and formal training for dealer PSSRs, ISRs, PCA & Specialists. You’ll work across business units to execute project plans and content development.

JOB DUTIES SUMMARY:

• Partner with regional field teams and internal partners to deliver training programs and events that align to our overall CISD Strategy & CI services training strategy

• Drive the development of training materials and content by subject matter experts and regional teams to ensure content is aligned with the strategy and meets regional requirements

• Establish cadence of regional reporting based of metrics for all events and training to capture and communicate learning adoption and success

• Collection of voice of dealer through visits and partnerships with ASC and GDL Consultants; Transfer this voice of dealer into Critical Customer Requirements; point of contact for all training related requests and questions

  
  

JOB DUTIES DETAILED:

• Identify training needs and provide guidance and expertise to develop and modify training programs to solve critical problems.

• Prepare and coordinate a worldwide training plan and provide guidance regarding course content, training aids, skill levels and attendance

• Present programs to dealer personnel, highlighting CISD training philosophy

• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely release

• Monitor the quality of training and related programs, identify improvement areas, and recommend appropriate actions; Obtain dealer feedback and document

• Maintain close relationship with field Marketing groups to be aware of business trends and developments

• Ensure that the Field Team/Sales Execution Teams understand CI Services Training's basic training options and capabilities

• Maintain close contact with other functional areas such as Service Development, Service Engineering, and Sales Training

Moderate travel required (5% - 15% of working time).

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE (Basic Qualifications)

• English and Spanish or English and Portuguese proficiency

• 6+ years of training experience (leading, coordinating, planning and execution/delivery of training content)

• Experience planning, coordinating and executing global/regional events

• SharePoint and PowerPoint experience

• College degree or equivalent years of professional experience

• Experience with project management, training/curriculum development, and change management

• Previous experience as a Training Instructor

• Experience in strategy development and execution

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to create professional presentations that are both visual and articulate

• Understanding of internal systems like Dealer Performance Center, Channel1 LINK

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese
  

This position can be located in Dallas, TX; Miami, FL; Peoria, IL or Tucson, AZ.
