The Opportunity:
We need your expertise to facilitate training that will transform Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program operations. You know that well-organized training programs will enable organizations to achieve mission objectives and increase workforce performance. We have an opportunity for a training facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges within CDM by expertly organizing, executing, evaluating, and improving the training delivery process.
On our team, you'll work with the Training Management team to organize, issue, manage, and tract multiple training courses for CDM staff. All trainings are web-based and asynchronous. Communication is key, so you’ll meet with task leads, the training management team, and past learners throughout the process to discuss learning material and analyze feedback. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll learn new tools and skills to develop a creative learning experience that will engage learners. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
- Experience managing and tracking user data
- Ability to measure effectiveness of the total instructional program and develop recommendations for improvement
- Ability to facilitate working groups or training sessions
- Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside peers
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with a LMS, eLearning technology, or evaluation
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possession of excellent analysis, data gathering, and verbal and written communication skills

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $56,200 - $117,500 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $59,800 - $143,600 (annualized USD)
