Title: Transactional Legal Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Draft agreements to be reference and template options in support of transactional/corporate legal professionals
- Develop agreements to support transactions in M&A, Cap Markets, Investment, Lending, etc.
- Help develop tools to support transactional legal professionals in their practice
Skills needed:
- Must have strong contracts development experience as the role will require development of contracts from inception to become templates for the practitioner
- Experience working on M&A, Cap Markets, Investment, or Lending transactions
- Ability to create substantive and efficient workflows including focusing on developing lawyer understanding and expansion of knowledge base
Educational & Work Requirements:
- JD required
- 5+ years practicing law plus experience crafting and executing legal, professional and/or financial markets workflow solutions
- 3+ years with transactional experience with extensive focus on drafting, revising and negotiating contracts
- This is an in-office position
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination
