Job Summary
Align HCM is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant (Kronos/Dimensions) to join their team!
You will be responsible for helping clients efficiently and effectively implement Human Capital Management systems and processes within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solution - primarily UKG Dimensions solutions.

**This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both the US and Canada**

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate UKG Dimensions
  
• Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
  
• Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
  
• Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
  
• Create data mapping from source system(s) to Dimensions
  
• Validate data conversion
  
• Manage multiple clients concurrently
  
• Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
  
• Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Time & Attendance solutions systems (UKG, Oracle, ADP, Dayforce, Workday, PayChex, etc.)
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with either Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems configuration, development, and support
  
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation methodologies
  
• Experience with software project implementation life cycle
  
• Implementation experience and/or certification with UKG Pro and/or SaaSHR
  
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software, or computer science

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Travel required - must be legally authorized to work and travel within the US or Canada without any restrictions
