Due to high consumer demand for Austin Lopez Home Team real estate services throughout NY state, we are looking for a rockstar real estate agent to join our team in WNY immediately! You will be responsible for assisting several buyer client's at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing task, and managing your time well, we believe this will be a great role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments.
• Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
• Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help them refine their criteria.
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Prospect and conduct lead generation activities for new buyer clients.
• Have a proactive networking mindset to build and maintain business relationships with a number of people.
• Answer questions and educate clients about the real estate market, the transaction process, contracts, and terms of sale.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or willing to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
• Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
• Willingness to obtain a New York state real estate license and join the local MLS
• Will need a computer or laptop for this position
• Reliable means of transportation
