Job Summary:

This is an opportunity to become an active participant in the creation of amazing content for a major brand / major client of ours. The position will be hybrid – 2 or 3 days remote, and 2 or 3 days a week at our client’s HQ in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area.

The Editor/Motion Graphics role will work closely with our Senior Editors, Executive Producer, and client-side Producers to bring attention-grabbing content to live for social media marketing initiatives, internal sales presentations, consumer advertising, and more.

Here is our Editor/Motion Graphics wish-list!

-- Own an editing-capable computer and have home internet

-- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Media Encoder

-- Comfortable creating animated text (2D iconography/animation skills a major plus)

-- (At least) Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred

-- 5+ years of relevant work experience

-- Available at least 24 hours a week, up to 40 hours per week

-- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Audition preferred

-- Knowledge of file formats, codecs, etc

-- Interest in graphic design / logo creation a plus

-- Highly organized

-- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Film, Media, or Communications

-- Comfortable with narrative edits under minimal direction at times

-- Will happily sync and organize footage in the absence of an assistant editor

-- Taking partial ownership of smaller edits from start to finish

-- QCing (quality-checking) content before final delivery
