Video Editor - Remote Job at Creative Church Marketing
- Weekly tasks: Clip/trim up sermons from pastors to build short 30-90 second sermon clips for pastors and church leaders. Responsibilities include clipping up sermons to find the best bite-size pieces, add captions to those clips, and a creative flair to them (i.e. borders and titles).
- Build Promo Videos for Clients (i.e. sermon bumpers, YouTube Intros, Countdowns, etc)
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Must have at least 2 years of experience with adobe premiere pro. Photoshop is a plus.
- Clip up to 40+ videos a week for our church partners. This will require you "watching" aka "skimming" multiple sermons to find the best 30-90 seconds from each one and clipping 3 sermon clips out for each pastor.
- Be able to recognize and correct any spelling/ grammatical errors from auto-generated captions
- Work from home, as long as you're easily accessible during work hours for any revisions (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Typical workload will require 40 hours a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
