West Warwick Childcare Site Coordinator (Part Time) Job at Kent County YMCA

The Kent County YMCA is currently looking for a qualified individual to oversee operations at our licensed after-school childcare program located at Greenbush Elementary in West Warwick.
The part-time position is approximately 15-22 hours per week (2:30pm - 5:30pm, plus planning time).
Do you have experience with Licensed Childcare? Are you a creative individual who loves to help children learn in new and exciting ways? You will take the helm of your own after-school location as part of the YMCA licensed childcare department.
The ideal person must meet all of the following requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with children in a structured environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate's degree or a minimum of 24 hours of college coursework in applicable field
- Experience crafting curriculum
- Experience mentoring staff
- The heart to serve your community
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, school staff and the community
