Must Haves:

• Workday Certified
• Workday Payroll Certified (nice-to-have)
• 5 years' experience as a Workday Consultant
• Live in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Ohio, Nevada, or Illinois

Profile

This position provides Workday payroll and HR expertise and functional knowledge to support internal product development and support needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties under general direction of the department manager
• Assist in analysis, design, configuration and estimation tasks
• Configure and maintain Workday HR/Payroll systems to meet business requirements, including organizational structure scenarios such as Common Paymaster and Single Legal Entity
• Develop and document test cases
• Conduct system and integration tests
• Author functional specification documents
• Mentor other team members on Workday HR/Payroll

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Workday Functional Consultant
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
• Workday Certified
• Strong experience in Workday onboarding and transfer processes related to HCM and payroll
• In-depth knowledge of benefits, garnishments/wage attachments, earnings, deductions, W-2, 1099 and associated configuration options
• In-depth knowledge of integration points between HR/Payroll and 3rd party interfaces
• Knowledge of business models and entities related to HR, payroll deductions and wages.
• Experience with recent versions of Workday tenants, tools, reports and data access practices
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Experience with SQL is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
