Role: Zendesk Support
End Date: 3-6months
Onsite/Remote: Remote

Duration/ # of T&M Hrs. 40/hrs a week, some additional off hours work

Scope:

Day to Day administration of Client's Zendesk platform.
Platform houses KB for call center.
System provides support for any issues their clients need to have addressed.
Clients submit tickets via website or email for whatever business issues or questions. Looking for a person to support the platform, perform maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
System and process is well documented.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Zendesk: 5 years (Required)
