Quick Dry is a premier water mitigation company here in the Seattle Tacoma area. We’ve been in the business of drying out homes and offices since 2016. We specialize in drying properties that have suffered water damage. We work with insurance companies to communicate what materials have been damaged and need to be removed. We also work very closely with all insurance companies to ensure customers get their homes and offices back to pre loss condition or better.

In this position you would be the face of the company in the front office and an essential part to everything running smoothly. Organization is key in this position as well as effective communication. In your day to day, you can expect to scan in documents, manage office operations, create new documents, ordering and talking with new and existing customers. Being able to help implement new changes in processes and communicate effectively with the different companies we work with will also be a big part of your day. As we are always looking to improve efficiency and grow, this position is constantly evolving, and we are looking for someone who can adapt easily to the changes. While there are daily tasks that need to be addressed, everyday is new with different challenges to keep things interesting.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answering calls for the main office
  • Manage office operations & company accounts
  • Reaching out to customers to get feedback
  • Organizing documents
  • Tracking efficiency through various excel documents
  • Customer service
  • Directing calls
  • Social Media posts
  • Handling Job applications & scheduling interviews
  • Creating & updating documents
  • Making sure information is clearly communicated across to involved companies
  • Marketing
  • Helping with odds and end things around the office
  • Managing company events
  • Directing people who enter the office
Position Requirements
  • Clear written and oral communication
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • 1-year administrative or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to sit/type for long periods of time.
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • High school diploma/GED
