Appointment Setter Manager Job at RJ Roofing & Exteriors
This is a door to door position.
RJ Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Appointment Setter Manager to build an appointment setter team to hand out door hangars and talk with potential customers to schedule home inspections! Full time and part time positions available for both weekdays and weekends.
This position pays a 1k/week salary + bonuses for every appointment scheduled by you and your team! You will make 80k-160k/year between salary and bonuses.
We are hiring immediately, all positions are year-round with possibilities for advancement. Areas of work include Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro and surrounding cities.
Duties include :
-Hiring, training and managing appointment setters
-Acquiring leads with your team
-Creating a fun work environment
-Daily team meetings
-Meeting weekly lead goals
