POSITION OVERVIEW
The Computer Systems Analyst II provides operation and design of exercise work cells and simulation
hardware/software configuration in support of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) MTC.
The Computer Systems Analyst II provides operation and design of exercise work cells and simulation
hardware/software configuration in support of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) MTC.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
constructive simulation (Entity Resolution Federation (ERF) and Multi Resolution Federation (MRF)), and virtual training
devices.
- Support training units with expertise in exercise planning and execution of individual or collective training using
constructive simulation (Entity Resolution Federation (ERF) and Multi Resolution Federation (MRF)), and virtual training
devices.
- Support training event EXCON/HICON/LOCON response cells and technical AARs.
- Provide MTC with systems administration support.
- Coordinate technical integration requirements across the Technical Integration and Training Support Sections.
- Report to and takes direction from the Technical Integration Section Lead.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Work all shifts as requested.
- Travel as needed.
- Work overtime as needed to meet Customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma, GED, or higher
- DoD IAT II (Security+ or CCNA-Security)
- Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) experience
- 4 years Army LVC-G TADSS technical support military experience
- Secret Level DoD Clearance
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Military service with experience in areas like those listed under required qualifications.
- Familiarity with US Army training operations, training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS),
- Organization and time management skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures;
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. without assistance.
