Human Resources Assistant Requirements at Nu Way:

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of experience in human resources department performing duties of an administrative assistant.

Examples of Human Resources Assistant Duties and Responsibilities at NU Way:

• Assist in the recruiting, hiring of qualified job applicants

• Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications

• Assist in the implementation of new hire orientation, onboarding and recognition programs

• Assist in the preparation and/or reconciliation of weekly, quarterly, monthly related invoices.

• Maintain confidentiality
